Facilitator and Guide levels include Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs) recognised by the International Coaching Federation.

The entry point to the Method. You begin working with the cards in your own process and in one-on-one sessions, with a clear structure to explore and facilitate with more depth. You learn to access the inner world in an ordered way — surfacing emotions, patterns and new understanding, first in yourself, then in others.

You accompany more complex processes, hold spaces with greater safety, and begin to train new Meta Pets facilitators from lived experience. Your role expands from facilitating to sustaining and leading transformation processes.
Meta Pets Alchemist
This level represents the embodiment of the method as part of your own consciousness. You hold the method as a living presence — accompanying other facilitators on their path and actively participating in its expansion. Your role becomes that of a reference, trainer and guardian of the process.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the Meta Pets Method for?＋Coaches, therapists, educators, and facilitators who want a clear, structured way to accompany processes of deep transformation — with themselves and with the people they work with. No prior training in Meta Pets is required for the Explorer level.
Do I need to be certified in coaching or therapy to start?＋No. The Explorer level is the entry point for anyone drawn to inner work and shadow integration. Facilitator, Guide and Alchemist build on that foundation for professionals who want to hold groups and train others.
Is the training recognised by the ICF?＋Yes. The Facilitator level includes 10 hours of Continuing Coach Education (CCEU) and the Guide level includes 35 hours of CCEU, both recognised by the International Coaching Federation.
What are the four certification levels?＋Explorer (entry, personal + 1:1 sessions), Facilitator (individual + group processes, 10 CCEU), Guide (complex processes and training new facilitators, 35 CCEU), and Alchemist (embodiment of the method — reference, trainer and guardian).
When does the next Explorer cohort start?＋New Explorer dates will be shared on the /explorers page, where you can explore the programme and begin your journey.
How much is the Facilitator training?＋€250 as a one-time payment, or 2 monthly payments of €125, or 5 monthly payments of €50, taxes included where applicable.
In which languages is the training available?＋The Method is currently taught in English and Spanish, with a Portuguese cohort in preparation. This site is available in all three languages.
Can I use the Method with my existing clients or students?＋Yes — from day one. The Method is designed to integrate immediately into sessions, workshops and classrooms without displacing the modality you already practice.
What is included in the Method?＋The 64 archetypal cards, the accompanying book, the audio meditations for each card, the digital Meta Pets app, and access to the World Happiness Academy training curriculum.
