# Meta Pets World

> Home of the Meta Pets Method, created by Luis Miguel Gallardo — a method for shadow integration and gift discovery through 64 archetypal companions, the Meta Pets. Available as a web app and as a mobile app on iOS and Android.

The Meta Pets are cosmic animal allies that personify inner archetypes for ego work and awakening. They are inner archetypes given animal form — not real animals or pets. Meta Pets World is not a pet-care or animal-wellbeing product. Each of the 64 Meta Pets carries a Shadow → Gift → Essence arc, paired with a 7-minute theta meditation, daily draws, 30-day bonds, the FP20 inner mirror, and the ROUSER six-pillar map. The work sits inside the Fundamental Peace framework by Luis Miguel Gallardo and the World Happiness Foundation.

The reference articulation of the method is published at https://lmgallardo.org/hypnotherapy/meta-pets — "The Meta Pets Method — 64 archetypes for ego work & awakening".

The Meta Pets Method is the applied form of the practice for coaches, teachers and therapists, taught through the World Happiness Academy (Explorers — Level 1).
