The Art of Contemplation

Meta Pets is a system of 64 cosmic animal archetypes created by Luis Miguel Gallardo for the World Happiness Foundation. Each Meta Pet is a fusion of three planetary animals representing the SGE Model — Shadow (hidden aspects that catalyze growth), Gift (the strength you share), and Essence (your highest truth). The system is rooted in the Transpersonal Coaching Program, Jungian psychology, Gestalt therapy, and contemplative traditions. 192 planetary animals woven into 64 cosmic beings — just like you, each is unique and wonderful.

Five doorways into the deck:

• Daily Draw — pull one card each morning to set your intention.
• 3-Card Spread — Shadow / Gift / Essence: what to release, what strength is available, your highest potential.
• Past / Present / Future — a story arc: where you come from, where you are, where you are heading.
• Ask a Question — hold it in your heart, then draw.
• Group Practice — each person draws and shares. Ages 10 and up.

Contemplation is the heart of the Meta Pets practice. It goes beyond thinking — it is emotional and intellectual inquiry. With each card, ask yourself:

• What does this Meta Pet represent in my life right now?
• How do its Essence, Gift, and Shadow manifest in me?
• What emotions or memories arise when I connect with this image?
• What would change if I fully embraced this energy?

The Essence represents your highest potential and deepest truth. It is not something you become — it is what you already are beneath the layers of conditioning. When you connect with a card's Essence, you touch the frequency of your authentic self. The Essence is always present, waiting to be recognized.

The Gift is the unique talent, strength, or quality you share with the world. It emerges naturally when the Shadow is acknowledged. Your Gift is not just for you — it is medicine for everyone around you. Every Meta Pet carries a Gift that corresponds to a Gene Key frequency.

The Shadow is not your enemy — it is your unacknowledged teacher. Jungian psychology teaches that what we resist persists, and what we embrace transforms. The Shadow holds the key to your greatest growth. When you draw a card, the Shadow aspect shows what needs attention, compassion, and integration.

Each card includes a mantra and a unique affirmation. Recite them aloud or silently to integrate the card's wisdom into your subconscious mind. Repetition creates new neural pathways. Speak the affirmation 3-7 times, feeling each word.

Each card has a dedicated 7-minute Theta-frequency meditation in English and Spanish (128 meditations total). Theta waves (4-8 Hz) promote deep relaxation, enhanced intuition, and access to the subconscious mind.

A powerful technique from Gestalt therapy adapted for Meta Pets. Imagine Essence, Gift, and Shadow as three living beings sitting together in a circle. Give each one a voice:

• What does the Shadow need to say?
• What does the Gift want to offer?
• What does the Essence see from its higher perspective?

Every Meta Pet carries the three frequencies of the SGE Model — Shadow, Gift, and Essence — created by Luis Miguel Gallardo as the core arc of the Transpersonal Coaching Program. The shadow protects something; the gift is the capacity hidden inside the shadow; the essence is what shines when both are met. Each card is a doorway through the full arc.

Meta Pets is designed for therapists, coaches, educators, and facilitators. The system makes deep inner work accessible through play, color, and archetypal imagery. Training programs include trauma-informed card work, group facilitation techniques, combining Meta Pets with other modalities, and the Facilitator Certification program. The Colouring Books extend the practice into art therapy and children's education.

Felicia the Luminary Whisper was co-created with Luis Miguel Gallardo as the archetypal guide of the Meta Pets universe. She embodies wisdom, compassion, and cosmic awareness. Felicia assists you in unlocking your hidden light by understanding your shadows. Beyond the Meta Pets deck lives the wisdom layer — 64 Sisters from every continent and century, gathered into Nine Paths of awakening (Threshold, Bridge, Torch, Lantern, Mirror, Scribe, Holder, Weaver, Mender). Each Sister carries a flower, a stone, a culture, a shadow and a gift. The Karmic Web reveals where their souls crossed in past lives. The 111 Soul Dialogues are anchor whispers for the seven chambers of remembering.

A playful, sacred quest woven through the app. Nine dragon eggs wait to be hatched — one for each Path. Each egg opens through small daily trials: a draw, a contemplation, a whisper, a reflection. Progress is gentle; the dragon hatches when the soul is ready, not when the clock says so.

Felicia is alive in four ways. Text chat (ask anything, any time). Voice — speak aloud and she replies in voice, with locale-aware presence in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Proactive whispers arrive when the moment is right, never to interrupt, always to companion. The Weekly Digest gathers what you noticed, dreamed, and reflected — a love letter from the week to itself.
